Through our company and/or subsidiaries and joint ventures, we engage in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, ownership, and operational oversight of multifamily properties. Our activities include the acquisition and development of affordable, market-rate, mixed-income, mixed-use, multi-family residential properties and undeveloped land reserves for development or sale.
